Description of Project:
The design-build 4-level 260-stall post-tensioned concrete parking structure needed to meet the requirements of the California Green Initiative, a mandatory code that stipulates new construction must meet certain environmentally-friendly thresholds. To accomplish this, Klorman Construction included built-in bio-retention planters for the new building that the parking structure supports as well as the parking structure.
