The design/build 99,230-square-foot post-tensioned concrete parking structure services a four-story, 76,500-square-foot medical office building. The two-level, 291-car garage was designed to maximize space and to provide maximum additional building area on the site of a former trailer park.

The Parking Structure at the Los Robles Regional Medical is complete and occupied by a very happy Owner. This project is labeled by several authorities as the best looking parking structure in Ventura County. The City of Thousand Oaks, at a recent planning meeting, told the local car dealerships that are proposing a new parking structure to visit the Los Robles Parking Structure as a model project.
- The parking structure is six levels plus a helipad and adds 515 spaces to the cramped hospital campus.
- The parking structure frame is a composite of precast and cast-in-place concrete.
- A few features of the building exterior include stone veneer columns, EIFS, metal trellises and sandblasted integral color concrete.
