Klorman Construction is selected by Clark Construction to perform the Structural Concrete portion of the “Mountain” project parking structure located at Pepperdine University.
The new complex will include a three-story indoor sports arena along with another three-story building featuring a student fitness center that will replace the Rho parking lot.
The project also includes a multi-level parking garage that will hold up to 831 vehicles, replacing the parking spaces lost by constructing two buildings and various outdoor areas on top of the Rho parking lot. Klorman Construction is proud to be selected by Clark Construction to construct this parking structure.
