Klorman Construction was the design/build contractor for the five-level 562-stall post-tensioned concrete parking structure adjacent to the office building originally built for Hackman Capital Partners and then sold to Dr. Dre to house his Beats Electronics headquarters now owned by Apple. The Parking Structure is noteworthy for its deep, cast-in-drilled piles and a unique construction method involving large cantilevered angular slabs necessitated by the soft soil conditions in the area.
